Did something change since you made this video....I had civs that were hunched down too but unlike your gameplay where the option to tie up was immediately available to crouched down civs, I still had to pick them up just to throw them back down again to get the tie them up option.
I didn't believe it at first but overkill have done it! They have made bots even more useless than PD2! They could have made it atleast so that bots carry the bags to the van if they are unmasked.

they can just chuck the bags onto them
They shouldve just made the stealth more realistic but enable u to take your mask back off, this looks kind of ridiculous at times
