- UAE Cycling routes review - first video of the series where I'm showing different popular cycling routes in the UAE.
First episode - Al Qudra Cycling track is about my "home spot" and I'm cycling here at least one-two times per week.
In this video I'm going through the shortest loop - 45km.

Another great video Martin. So impressed with the infrastructure there is in Dubai for riders. So fortunate to be able to ride there every day!!
Thank you! There are more places to show from Dubai and other emirates. This weekend I’m going to AbuDhabi to train there, will record there as well, stay tuned!
wow, that looks like a lovely track, can't wait to cycle there, one day. my favorite food would be banana or protien bar.
It is a lovely place, indeed) just don’t forget to bring your water bottle)
I am surprised about the trees. Which route exactely is it?
Edith: Ah ok, saw it later on in the video...
sheeeeeeeeeesh
🤘🤘🤘
whether there is an agreement to move clockwise or counterclockwise? was there once but started by turning to the left
This loop operates both directions
Hi Martin! I have a question for you: when you are in Dubai, where can you ride uphill? I live in Sardinia and here is full of uphill roads! P.S. I'm twelve years old and here in Sardinia there are al lot of competitions for kids my age. Have a good day!
Hi! It’s a good question! While the surrounding areas are quite flat here, we do have few mountains in the UAE (you can see them in the UAE Tour) and we go there from time to time. I want to go to Europe next summer to try European kids races. Any specific place to search for the races at your area?
good job MaRTIN! BUT IT would have been better if you had provided info on how to get to Al Qudra, is there a pub transport hook up, time, etc.
Thanks for your feedback! Very good point, I’ll prepare a separate video explaining how to reach different cycling points in Dubai!
@@cyclist_martin I understand many people have their own cars but there are those who use public transport (like me :) ) and for me getting to starting point is quite important. yep. and do not know if you had ever biked at palm - nice place. ruclips.net/video/r8z3TbSwOFc/видео.html
Considering the weather, when is a good time to cycle on this track? thanks
I’d say - October to April.
