Yamaha 4hp two stroke outboard engine

Got one of these, nice engines, mine is almost worn to the bone, will not run full speed over time anymore, dies after a while.

I have the 1996 model and it runs like a champ. Not sure the motor shown in this video has enough of water flowing out of it? anybody agree?
