Here is a pretty extensive review of the HQ4 Empulse. So now that I've had time on all four sizes on land, water and snow, figured I could share some thoughts.

What’s the difference between Neo and Matrixx?

The Neo was HQ's first foil kite - pretty low aspect ratio, less lift and performance than the Matrixx. The Matrixx III or HQ4 Matrixx would be a considerably better kite: faster, more efficient, less backstalling, lighter, better in light winds, more lift, and as good-or-better stability.
