9:21 Steph, the only player in the league that has the accolades and respect from Lebron to be the only person that can direct him. Only problem with Kawaii not playing is everyone knew he wasn't going to, but they went through the motions and did bs song and dance anyway. TBH should of had Jaylen as his replacement too instead of another guard in White.

I watched the game (3AM in France 😂). It was not really funny to watch, Canada played without a starter for the last 15mns, and so much turnovers and low shoot average both sides. But it's just a warm-up.

Ant didn't show his flaws as much on the highlights, but during the full game, he played very selfish ball, which resulted in his numbers looking inflated. But the amount of times he coughed up the ball and didn't pass is not looking good. If Team USA were to not win gold, I predict that it will be because of either Ant or Booker or both. I like Ant's flashiness and hyping up crowds. I don't like his cockiness thinking that he's better than everyone else, especially when this USA roster is so stacked, then proceed to play selfish ball. When the 2nd unit was up there which included Ant, people were standing around and playing iso ball all day, which is not a recipe for success.
Why do ya think booker? I thought he was pretty passive this game, but did do some more of the dirty work on offense instead of trying to be a lead creator. He also didnt take any bad shots from what i remember
@@dreigen they gotta let Hali run the 2nd unit and not have Ant dominating the ball quite as much. Not like Ant needs to take less shots tho and he should be the #1 option for the 2nd unit if he stays on the bench, but they should let Hali initiate the offense more. Say what you will about Hali’s inconsistent scoring, but if he will get the ball moving and the offense humming.

Any one of them could be the leading scorer and have more insane stats if they played as selfish as Ant did. The rest of them were a team and passed. When Ant had the ball, he rarely passed it. Team USA won, because they played as a team. This is why Ant isn't starting. He's to arrogant and really believed he is the best player amongst all of them. He's good, but he is not the best nor the most famous to call the shots and have the honor of starting (not even close) on this team.
Ant was a black hole on offense, anyone couldve been as aggressive and scored more. Book was more efficient and played passively, curry could easily pass in scoring if he wanted to take others out of rhythm like ant did. JT as well couldve scored much more

To be really honest, I expect more. Their ball movement and their Pick and roll/pop defense is not great. D Booker shouldn't be there. Those Euro Teams are big and they're not gonna rebound offensively like they did with Canada. AD needs to step up more on the drop cover (defensively overall, he's good, has no worries) and Lebron needs to run back to defense more often when he turns the ball or complain to the refs for a call that wastes his time a lot because the European's game pace are super-fast and they gon moves the ball a lot. Also, Ant man needs to move the ball and pass more often. He got shut down way too often. Even on scrimmage. Besides that, they gon be untouchable.
