Voting out dee is the only way to ensure she has at least some winning chance in final 3 if she got thr. But by letting dee live, she guarantee dee or austin to win for sure. The onli logical and strategic player is emily. Her downfall is revealing shes the mastermind behind bruces vote off
Initially, I thought Katurah was just raging but after getting more insight from Katurah in post-Survivor interviews, I understand why she had such a vendetta. Her explanation about how she actually had to play the game and hide her distaste of Bruce (which you can decide for herself how well she did this) and how all those bottled up emotions had to come out in her confessionals was sound. She thought of her confessionals as a safe space where she could freely vent about Bruce pissing her off, which is valid when you consider how she was getting bossed around and talked down to by him
I appreciate Bruce for coming back for a second chance and causing the chaos he did. I love seeing Katurah rant about him too. I love the both of them for their rivalry
Rivalries make for good TV, but doesn't win $1,000,000, and that's what they're there for. Plus, they usually end up with the audience judging the players and giving their biased two cents like Parvati and Sandra or Jerri and Colby. Why risk losing so much money and getting backlash from how you were shown on TV?

It’s always better, more impactful, emotionally powerful television to see people lifting each other up than it is to see people tearing each other down. The latter is Jerry Springer era trash television and we’re past that. Survivor reflects society and we’re a kinder, gentler people now. That’s a good thing.
@@jacksonhart5961 Society is not kinder or gentler now that it was 20 years ago. By and large, it's become more fractured and toxic. Plus, Katurah vs. Bruce isn't even that bad. She just finds him obnoxious. Their relationship is not that vitriolic.

Also with the reveal that Katurah almost became a child bride in a cult, I can understand why she’s so sensitive to domineering men. Obviously that doesn’t make her gameplay any better though
anyone siding with Katurah is moronic af or didnt watch seasons with Phillip. Phillip has similarities. I like him yes, but he's FAR MORE annoying and antagonistic than Bruce could ever dream of. Bruce genuinely wasn't even close to bad so imagine Katurah dealing with Coach or Phillip, she'd have had a meltdown and collapsed from stress by now lmao

I was really hoping Survivor was over petty drama. The last few seasons have been really great with everyone supporting each other and being kind.
