    Thank you for the videos, i know they take time to put together, but as someone who could not sit still long enough to actually read the text this was a huge help to get me through. listening and reading along made it digestible, i'm going in to take my test now and thanks to you i feel prepared!

    Your so nice and entertaining and smart and I’ll see you in the kitchen I love that catch phrase about to take the exam re read the book twice and watch your vids multiple times I just got to restudy chapter 1 and the names of the illnesses and I’ll be fine wish me luck

    What do you use to sanitize your 3compartment sink before using?

      Wash and sanitize your sink the EXACT way you sanitize any other food contact surface in your kitchen (most of us use quats).

      Soap. Plenty of water to rinse it down. Then properly concentrated sanitizer (lots of it).
