As scuba enthusiasts it would have been sacrilegious to travel to the Yucatán and not explore its famed cenotes. This video is from our dive in Cenote El Pit, aka The Pit. It was absolutely magical - from the dancing light, to the topography and eerie acid layer at the bottom it rocked our scuba socks and had us hooked at first sight. Leave us a comment, we would love to hear your thoughts!
Congrats you guys on finally taking the plunge and joining the RUclips community! I have loved following your adventures and I can't wait to see them in video form! Maybe one day we can meet up somewhere in this world!
Thank you so much! That’s what we are all about. Inspiring people to go new places and try new things! Thank you for your support and we would be happy to answer any questions you might have! Best fishes!
It was like another world. I could not recommend it more. And what you are seeing in the video is just the tippy top. At the bottom through the cloud it goes down to 130 m and goes on for Miles in complete darkness !!!!!!
I was in the drive-through when I watched the first five seconds. I saw the staircase that headed down to the opening of the cave. I screamed “YES!!!” out of excitement. I screamed it at the lady who had already taken my order. I did that same dive 2 years ago. It was the most incredible spiritual dive I was fortunate enough to experience. I am so glad you shared this because the camera I used did not record any of the dive. Now I can share my experience through yours. Thank you for being awesome guys!
Our pleasure! Lol! I’m sure the lady understood! So glad you felt a connection to it! We would love to have join our club of Country Collectors! We absolutely loved that dive! Top 10 for us for sure! Please feel free to share! Let’s experience the world together!
It's another world down there! Incredibly beautiful! I wish I could level up ...from snorkelling to diving! Still scared of going into the deep. Thanks for bringing me there through this video.
Dude, this is amazing! That shaft of light, those bubbles, the stalactite-ish formations! I want to go down there and shoot photos forever! Great video as always!
Thank you so much Linnea! That was one of our first videos in Mexico before we even started vlogging! It was like exploring another world 🌎! The temperature actually wasn’t so bad. The Pit stay around 20C/68F year round. So chilly but not ❄️🥶!
@@TheCountryCollectors ah. 20 is chilli. I suspected because it is underground water. Same bathing temperatures as the sea here. Brrrrr. But l do it there for sure.
Hey you guys!! Another awesome video! Me and my boyfriend have recently been talking about going to Tulum and this is an activity we would definitely love to do! Did you film it all on a Gopro?? Thanks for sharing 😊🌍

You're lucky it was and clear for you to see those beautiful sun rays! We went right after a hurricane and it was dark and murky.
