Since the age of 30 I have been waking up at 3 am. Today I am 35 and I naturally wake up at 3 am. I practice meditation and walk bare feet in the garden. I watch the raising sun and listen to birds chirping. And the fresh cold air of the morning touch my skin. I feel thankful to the universe. For being my guidance since a child. I am a single mom for the society but I never feel alone. Initially a sain with a long snow white beard used to come in the early hours of night 3 am to 3.30am , I am not able to explain that communication.later somebody used to wake me up witha gentle sweet voice or a soft touch, this happens. I do my salutations to the Almighty, and thank him for all that HE has bestowed upon me, who has taken me on a transcendental journey to different locations,to have that wonderful destinations ,made me meet many energies,shown me many things,and HIS wonderful creation and creatures, Difficult to explain, one has to experience that feeling, many times experienced the light (Diya) running around the house during prayers. This happens ,this is Grace. I think him for all that and always thankful for his help guidance and protection from everyone and everything. I will by his grace try to read that book you have recommended. Thank you 🙏

Thank you Maam. I wake up at 5 am in the morning. I fresh up and drink water and then serve my parents with tea. They are very old. I cook for them and make tiffin for me . I take bath and go to puja room. Then I come out and dress up for the day. I take my breakfast. I sit for sometime thinking of my days work. Then I move to office. If you can suggest me for a better routine which will be feasible for me.
Mam I wake up in the morning not 4.00 am or so but around 5.00 am n do my regular prayers. This i m doing since long time. Sometimes I miss but most of the time I do. Even when I sometimes wake up n then dont get sleep then i do my prayers n then go to sleep. I get deep n calm sleep. That routine has changed me frm within. It has built confidence n courage in me.

It's really good to know about your morning routine mam. I do wake up early but I am unable to do meditation and yoga as I have to catch up for school at 6.30 in the morning. All the things you shared here, I do only waking up and making breakfast and tiffin for the family members. After school I cook lunch and take care of my home , help my son with his studies until evening then after resting for 1 hour I make preparations for dinner and prepare for the next day. Sometimes in the evening We have guests, sometimes random things. I'm trying to incorporate yoga and meditation in the evening but it's so disturbing out there that I can't focus.

Hi madam, this video is awesome and I have this 3AM wake up routine been a while. I am now 64 years old, I think 3AM routine might have over 40 years, this happened to me naturally. If I have any unsolved issues I will have answers at 3AM. Now I am spiritual always wake up 2AM to 4AM. Very nice routine. It is nice to drink water first in the morning but after at least gargles. Drinking about 650ml is fine. Little more is OK but never two liters altogether as it can be fetal.

Mam last year my parents passed away due to Covid. After that unintentionally I am awake between 3-5 am and I am in grief. I miss them badly. I want to do meditation but unable to do so. As my father usually get up early morning. I feel like they are with me.
