Doesn't matter who she pairs with now deep in her heart she'll still miss their magical moments and special connection she had with Morgan on the ice..these two had class..I get goosebumps in watching some of their other performances like the Michael Jackson thriller.. Vanessa going to France pairing with Morgan was the best thing for her Career she may not have had the same opportunity if she stayed where she was...just my humble opinion. Years of hard work and dedication to their craft resulted in a skating pair who were simply a joy to behold. The ease and fluidity of their routines, the joy they took in each other and of skating is there for all to see. They have truely left an amazing legacy

I totally agree. Every performance with Morgan was so elegant, graceful, and the chemistry just rocked! I've seen some of her performances with others and the routines don't have the same power like with Morgan and the chemistry definitely isn't there.

It' s top 5 place which is still very good. And I see some good points in this situation- it can be motivation for them. I was thinking about their retirement and was also depressed. I think now that ice dancing is an event, they should change categories. They could skate much longer. In fact they could take two years off, requalify as ice dancers and have a shot at the 2022 Olympics!
I’ve never really been into couples skating until one day watching Vanessa and Morgan skate!! I’ve watched every video and each one mesmerizes me more!! Their chemistry, the true emotion, the synchronization, their perfect skills-WOW!!! I’ve NEVER seen such Beauty or elegance on ice - I never want the video to end!!! Ive watched Vanessa and Morgan skate for a few years onn RUclips. They are love and magic on the ice. They are Gold. 5th place is not good enough. In my opinion you have Lit up pairs skating. No one is better. 💜
Janet Conton In my opinion 5th is still really good. What is more, they have achieved much more than a place in competition as many pairs do. They have stolen our hearts, there are not many figure skaters with so many videos on YT like this and so many engaged fans. They are just special in many ways, not only skating skills and that's why for me they are winners:))
They have great chemistry with each other but from a technical point of view they still have some ground to make up compared to the chinese, the germans or the russians.
Eric0816 can you express this in layman terms..... technicalities? They were the most beautiful to watch. The other skaters did/do not evoke the emotions we felt/feel when Vanessa and Morgan hit the ice. They were underscored imo; even the lady commentator was extremely critical of them during their short program; it was obvious she was bias. 5th place is good though, and I hope they continue to skate.
The germans have the best choreographed long program with "La terre vu du ciel" and they execute the choreograhpy always to perfection. They also have a ginormous twist and the most explosive throws. They set yet another world record without even showing the throw triple Axel because the execution of what they did show was absolutely flawless. The chinese are the overall best when it comes to pure skating abilities and footwork. The russians pair is probably the overall best because they are the most ballanced of the top pairs. They have great skating abilites, a high quad twist, their throws are pretty goog, they cover a lot of ice and they are also good with their individual jumps. This year however they are severely hampered by "Candyman" being a horrific program that doesn't suit their personality and style of skating. They look very unnatural and almost uncomortable skating to that music and the silly costumes don't make it better. Vanessa and Morgan have great chemistry but they need to work on their landings, show more effortless strength (watch closely how much effort Morgan puts in the throws while Bruno Massot "masks" the effort so that it seems very easy and natural) and they need to do their single jumps closer to each other and with better timing. What Vanessa and Morgan have going for them is that they are always willing to try a quad throw and I think that eventually that will pay off. But their overall consistency and sharpness when it comes execution of the single elements is not yet at the level of the top pairs.

Ive watched Vanessa and Morgan skate for a few years onn RUclips. They are love and magic on the ice. They are Gold. 5th place is not good enough. In my opinion you have Lit up pairs skating. No one is better. 💜
Janet Conton In my opinion 5th is still really good. What is more, they have achieved much more than a place in competition as many pairs do. They have stolen our hearts, there are not many figure skaters with so many videos on YT like this and so many engaged fans. They are just special in many ways, not only skating skills and that's why for me they are winners:))
They have great chemistry with each other but from a technical point of view they still have some ground to make up compared to the chinese, the germans or the russians.
Eric0816 can you express this in layman terms..... technicalities? They were the most beautiful to watch. The other skaters did/do not evoke the emotions we felt/feel when Vanessa and Morgan hit the ice. They were underscored imo; even the lady commentator was extremely critical of them during their short program; it was obvious she was bias. 5th place is good though, and I hope they continue to skate.
The germans have the best choreographed long program with "La terre vu du ciel" and they execute the choreograhpy always to perfection. They also have a ginormous twist and the most explosive throws. They set yet another world record without even showing the throw triple Axel because the execution of what they did show was absolutely flawless. The chinese are the overall best when it comes to pure skating abilities and footwork. The russians pair is probably the overall best because they are the most ballanced of the top pairs. They have great skating abilites, a high quad twist, their throws are pretty goog, they cover a lot of ice and they are also good with their individual jumps. This year however they are severely hampered by "Candyman" being a horrific program that doesn't suit their personality and style of skating. They look very unnatural and almost uncomortable skating to that music and the silly costumes don't make it better. Vanessa and Morgan have great chemistry but they need to work on their landings, show more effortless strength (watch closely how much effort Morgan puts in the throws while Bruno Massot "masks" the effort so that it seems very easy and natural) and they need to do their single jumps closer to each other and with better timing. What Vanessa and Morgan have going for them is that they are always willing to try a quad throw and I think that eventually that will pay off. But their overall consistency and sharpness when it comes execution of the single elements is not yet at the level of the top pairs.

Mrs Elegant Furnishings. Vanessa has recently come out of retirement. She has been released from France and is now skating for Canada with pairs skater Eric Radford. They are aiming for the 2022 Olympics.

God, had paired you guys together, for a reason. You'll can't let racism keep you'll apart with a gift you both, have and you'll also complete each other, from all the videos that I have seen of you'll. Don't give in to the evil that keeps you'll, apart from skating and creating that magic. That kind of magic doesn't comes around,every day. You have it and you should keep letting it shine with each other (Vanessa and Morgan). You will find that if you partner with others, that magic, will not be, there.
