I’m so sorry about your pain and trauma. You’re on the right track. You recognize the areas where you need help and you want to change and be your best self. Keep going. You’ll learn to like and love yourself. You’re not worthless but only you can fill the void in your heart. You’re worth it so you can do this.
Realizing you need help is truly half the battle. People who do not get help with their issues inadvertently push it all off on people who care about them.
Sometimes it’s hard to change I find it. I know I have mental health issues but the biggest part is getting to change myself. I try to recognize the issues and control them if all possible but it isn’t so easy as it’s almost an automatic response that is my natural response to things.

You cant idealize friends or partners...that's delusional bro. Lol...took me a long time to see that...then you feel silly later...love 😘😘...Its not as big of a deal as what your Bpd tells you...this is emotional flashbacks...

Fuck Ive ditched people for my FP all the time and I feel guilty after the fact but no one makes me feel like my FP.
