Rake rule: Mark ball, move the rake, place the ball as near as possible to the marker where it doesn't roll and is not nearer to the flag (pressing it into the sand so it doesn't roll is not allowed). No penalty stroke.

Hey Martin and crew! If you have a chip/pitch onto a raised green where its pretty easy for the camera to go up there that is much nicer than seeing Martin's shot from behind and having no clue where it finished until u get up there.

Rule 15.2 Movable Obstructions - no penalty
You should have marked the Ball before you Picked Up the Rake. No Penalty stroke! Just Place the Ball at the Same Spot. When the ball will Not stay on that Spot (due to the slope) you are allowed to Place the Ball at the nearest Point to the original Spot! We can have a round If you Need more help 😜.

Im sure there are other rule books out there, but in reference to USGA Rule 15.2a Relief from Movable Obstruction your options are as follows:
(1) Removal of Movable Obstruction. Without penalty, a player may remove a movable obstruction anywhere on or off the course and may do so in any way.
If a player’s ball moves while they are removing a movable obstruction:
• There is no penalty, and
• The ball must be replaced on its original spot (which if not known must be estimated) (see Rule 14.2).
(2) Relief When Ball Is in or on Movable Obstruction Anywhere on Course Except on Putting Green. The player may take free relief by lifting the ball, removing the movable obstruction and dropping the original ball or another ball in this relief area (see Rule 14.3):
• Reference Point: The estimated point right under where the ball was at rest in or on the movable obstruction.
• Size of Relief Area Measured from Reference Point: One club-length, but with these limits:
• Limits on Location of Relief Area:
» Must be in the same area of the course as the reference point, and
» Must not be nearer the hole than the reference point.
I personally would take mental note of the spot, move the object and place the ball back in the original position, possibly plugging it in the sand to keep it in place.

Put a marker or tee to mark the spot, gently move the rake and place the ball as best as possible where your mark is.
