Ethically, Baker should have told Sussman to follow protocol when reporting a white collar crime, call a field office. Baker didn't which means Baker knew who Sussman worked for.
I don't disagree, but Sussman texted otherwise for this specific issue then, he bills Clinton for the meeting. I cannot imagine anything more damning to his defense.
