Great video,have the nox 800 and the legend build quality words apart but I also have had the 600 which in my opinion is just as good as the 800 I say this because it’s similar in price to the legend,but as I say the build quality of the simplex and the legend is far superior,

Thanks for the video. I'd still like to see more on a comparison of the VDI accuracy. From what I could see it looked like the NOX 800 had a much more solid VDI than the jumpy VDI of the Legend.
That is an illusion caused by having a very limited band of target ID numbers.
The Legend wasn`t in the correct correct frequency for wet sand , he was in Multi Dry .
The Equinox tones sound so much better, no comparison. The Legend tones make the target sound iffy

Yup, and that can cause interference. Hard to get an unbiased review.
as a nox fan i must say the nox tones sounds so much better that the legend and using the nox800 this year i dug well over 3,000 targets all iron core 1p,2p,5p,10p that i wouldnt have dug using the nokta legend.however having said that i only bought my legend for when i go diving so hopfully it will not get water damage like the nox's do

@@lorditachi6522 even thou its more expensive i would say the equinox 800 is the better out of the 2 just for the iron core coins and other targets that i would miss by using the legend
The Legend is fantastic on iron core coins with the right settings, I know because all our clad here in Canada is iron core. I also know that the Equinox is all but useless when trying to detect a modern Canadian Dime!! 😂
Another great Video, showing me I've made the right choice in ordering a Legend. Just wondering how the small 6" coil will fare in comparison. Roll on the day mine gets delivered.

I have a problem with my legend in wet beach,no matter what I do the machine runs silent, its not what I want,I want to here feedback coming from the machine but nothing g seems to work when it's in wet beach. Dry beach no problem, I can even use it on wet beach so have you any idea what's going on?

Not sure if it would help or make any difference, but you did have the legend on multi dry rather that multi wet on the wet sand? Maybe it would perform differently on multi wet.

Not to mention that ferrous meter was pegged on the large iron

That’s it mate. Not going to be much on it performance wise. It’s going to come down to build quality and price which will give the legend that first choice for most. I mean if you want to get the nox with build quality like the legend your talking £1000 for the added carbon shaft. Added coils will also be cheaper for the legend. Great vid buddy.
@Tyler Cohen yes there is the low grade plastic also. Shocking to mount such great technology on something so cheap
I completely agree mate, the legend is really sturdy, performs just aswell so I'm impressed. Switch on and go mate , ground tracking is a nice touch aswell. Thanks for watching mate. Hope your well 👍👍
good comparison and you are putting 600.00 against 1000.00 is it worth the extra 400.00 and the Deus 11 1600.00 1000.00 differance even worse it all comes down to which detector you want and remember that you have to put the coil over the target before you find it with any machine PS. like your channel keep on diggen!

i noticed you didnt use the ferro check,,, but it was very accurate and another tool in the workbox

The numbers are jumping all over the place when you put the legend down the nox looks more stable is the legend falsing ??
It could of been if I put it down on some metal underneath the surface
