That’s awesome! I wish you the best of luck. My project is in Zambia, I am doing this project to see how much it will cost me as compared to the calculations I did before the project started and also to share the costs with people who maybe curious
All the best… looking forward to learning from your journey. I am starting my first project this year so I definitely need some hints . Hopefully your project will be insightful.
Thanks for the support, the project is going to get more interesting in the next video. Stay tuned I am sure you will find helpful Information in the upcoming videos. Please support me by liking the videos and subscribing if you haven’t. I am sure your project will turn out awesome!
Good work going on there..word of caution!..did you take care of water runoff from the roofs....outflows in the walls. If you are to increase wall height plse use concrete columns...You can also pay someone to collect all those rocks around for hardcore..it saved me lots ..❤ Kenya.
Great to see what you’re doing & I would like to wish you more success in your building project. Why do you want to add on more bricks for the wall, which is already high? Why can’t you invest in cctv cameras for added security?
Thanks the great wishes. I wish you success in your endeavors too. Well seeing it’s a new residential area for extra safety I thought maybe increasing the height of the wall fence maybe a good idea. But I will put your input into consideration. I am open to ideas, seeing as it’s my first project. I would love to hear more of your inputs in the next part of the video too. Thanks for watching 🙂
I am watching from Kenya. Over here, the current trend is to use precast concrete slabs. They are faster, string and more affordable. I have been to Lusaka and Mosi Ye Tuya Falls. Where is your project?
We haven’t caught up on using precast concrete slabs yet. Hopefully by the time we are doing the second project we can try it too. I would love to hear more suggestions as this is a first for me. Keep following the project and suggesting better options. Thanks for watching from Kenya 🙂
Why do you start with the wall fence is it to keep your house design a secret or something what if you ran out of money for brick for the house do you just start removing some from the fence
Well the reason for starting with the wall fence was to safe guard the plot for the future. But things changed once wall fence took shape. I decided to just finish the project instead

Nice. How big is this land? I saw 600mq what’s the actual dimension?
The dimensions are 30X20 meters 🙂. Do you have experience in building?
❤❤ hello there

Security of building materials and privacy.
Yes most definitely
What is the approximate completion date?
Well I am planning at most one year
