As always I really appreciate you guys watching the vlogs, it truly means a lot to me. I am not successful in real estate yet but I have done decent in the business up to this point. yes but you have to live in Burr Ridge and in Illinois. Anyone who can afford this has already left the state for Texas, Florida, or many other states.

Well, it is Chicago....a lot of things that are criminals happen there so the cost of things are cheaper... to an extent....as in purchase power for resident you'll get Texas sized homes...not for long in Texas with the rich moving their from California....but taxes may be huge and cost of other things also large, the the homes are cheap to trick you. Place this home in California....200 Million Dollars for the home with 30K sq ft. of interior space.

It's definitely a one of a kind forsure, I actually saw this house when i first got in the business years before so it was crazy to be inside it filming. I think it's actually under contract now

It just sold for the unbelievable bargain of 3M. It is untrue that the house was unfinished when it was flooded. It was dry walled and about 80% complete at the time it sustained heavy damage. It also had a small fire in February of 2020 in an attic area.
There was actually a small fire 3 weeks ago too while it was still in escrow
Do we know the cause of the flood and fire?
If I recall correctly when the house was unoccupied some agent neglected to maintain the house temperature. Water pipes froze and burst and filled the house with water. As this young woman mentioned, it was the lower level that wasn't finished and was later completed after the water had been removed and the basement dried.

This was in Burr Ridge the hi in Suburbs in Chicago. Nice location i know this area very much very low crime rate, peaceful place.

Its such a unique house it needed the right buyer actually sold for 3 million
5 million for this... not bad. This is a deal. There are some less than 10k sqft that is more than this. Plus all the walking to get to each room is quite an exercise, i'd be in shape living here lol.
