Akhi i have the same problem alhamdulillaah im healthy. The doctor advised me and said its normal as when u finish urinating some urine is still left in urethra so when u sit down bend or lie it would cause pressure and come out. I used to after finishing toilet take my time maybe do istibra but still after sitting down i will find a drop of urine come out, without doubt, So i use tissues for a bit then clean myself after. If implement the sunnah after urinating where i splash some water on my pants then when i leave and if have the feeling something came out and i will notnt be able to verify as my clothes has water on due to sprinling water is this forgiven as i wouldn't be certain? Because if i dont sprinkle water i will 98% of the time after leaving will get a urine drop on my pants and i would be sure about it.

Wa alaykum assalam. Shaykh Fawzaan has another fatwa where he tells the questioner to not be hasty after urinating, and that he should wait a bit until the urine dripping stops. Then after that he does istinjaa, wudu, and he goes to pray. and if he gets doubts after that he ignores them. Allaah knows best.

What should one do if he keeps on getting doubts/thoughts about having committed kufr, such as rejecting the qur’an, making haram halal, etc? And getting a lot of thoughts all day long about things which lead to this, as well as every time before wudu repeating shahada over and over so that the wudu is valid

Assalaamu alaykum. Consider these whispers as a crazy person standing behind you speaking nonsense. So you ignore him and move on. Let him brabble.
So seek refuge with Allah, and make alot of dua that Allah saves you from these whispers (especially during the times where supplications are answered). Always say the adhkaar of the morning & evening, and the adhkaar before going to sleep. And what is also very important, is that you MUST completely ignore these whispers/thoughts and turn away from them. DON'T entertain them. Completely turn away from them and don't act upon them. And keep yourself busy with beneficial things (from religious or halaal worldly affairs) so that you don't have time to think about these whispers.
Shaytaan tells you you have committed kufr? Ignore it and move on. You haven't committed kufr.
Shaytaan tells you to repeat shahada before wudu because you have committed kufr (according to shaytan)? IGNORE IT and move on. Don't act upon these whispers. Don't entertain them. And seek the aid of Allah in doing that. In the beginning it will be difficult to ignore it, but be firm and keep ignoring them, and after some days you will see that it becomes easier for you, in shaa Allah.

@@Yasin_ibn_jamal Wa alaikum Assalam, jazakallahu khairan for the answer. Also another thing, in regards to the intention for wudu and prayer, does one need to think about it? So for example, let’s say after the 2 sunnah rakats of Fajr, one stands up and he doesn’t think about it but he starts his fard Fajr prayer. Before he starts, does he need to stop and focus on his niyyah or can he simply just stand up and go start the prayer and not think about the intention? Because when I go try to start wudu or salah, I do many unnecessary things before hand in order to try to get my niyyah straight and to focus on my intention and act of worship, such as repeatedly saying Astaghfirullah, aoothu billahi minashaytanir-Rajeem, setting things straight, cleaning things, etc, because I think I have the niyyah to do other things first before the prayer. I also sometimes think how everyone else is able to do it fine and that there is really no issue, but then I get doubts that my niyyah is for Allah but because of other people I am not listening to waswas, so then I think and “reset” my niyyah. Every time before I do wudu for a fard prayer too, I use the bathroom always.
So despite all of that and all of the strong feelings that I get in my heart about going to go to do something else, should I go and just start the prayer even if I feel I don’t have the niyyah and have strong feelings about going to go do something else? I feel like if I ended up practicing this, I would get a lot of adhd as well as anxiety and it’d be hard for me to continue the prayer, but should I just disregard these feelings and not care about them if I were to get them?
Another issue, (not to bother you this waswas though has taken over my whole life so I need to say this), before the salah, I feel as if I have done some bid’ah and haram stuff in things like my niyyah, giving in to ocd/adhd, listening to Shaytan, so I make so many duas before I do my fard salah, some times it reaches like I think 40 times I make dua before the fard salah asking Allah mostly to forgive me, so for example, if I were to think about the niyyah, I may make dua to repent from that, and then I make an oath to not make another dua, and then I repent for doing bid’ah by making that oath, and then I repent from all the haram stuff I’ve done, and then I repent from making these duas but not being sincere, and I basically go into a cycle and loop of dua and dua and dua. And I get a big feeling sometimes that in the salah I am delaying repentance and doing something haram, so then I may go on to end my salah.
And if I don’t, I would’ve gotten the doubt that I have stopped my niyyah and ended my salah, so then I end my salah. I also lick my lips a lot of times and swallow a lot of times before the fard salahs because I do not want to eat something during the fard salah. So for example, when my lips become very dry, I lick them and then swallow like 7+ times so that I don’t have any saliva from outside still in, and this leads to a cycle of me doing it. So what should I do about this? Should I make so much dua, should I ignore the thoughts about making dua? If I go on to end my salah, should I make dua asking Allah to forgive me or should I just not making any dua at all before my fard salah, even if I get strong feelings that I need to repent? If some skin or saliva from my lips enters my mouth, should I end it or should I swallow before the prayer so that it is not in my mouth?
I also get doubts as to whether certain words are in the qur’an, certain names are Allah names, whether some people are Muslim or not, issues of halal and haram, and stuff like that, and I repeat my shahada because of doubts as to whether I’ve committed kufr by doubting qur’an, etc.
At my current point, every single fard salah I do at home it takes me the entire period of time to do it, and I only end up performing my salah in the last 10-20 minutes of the time. I get anxiety when the time of Salah comes close, in the bathroom, I wash my private part a lot of times and make my underwear wet because I feel as if some urine has come out, it takes my 20 minutes at times to get my niyyah for wudu because of the doubts, and I get anxiety when it is time to do wudu. My whole family has been impacted by this, and I also don’t eat or drink anything when it is from dhuhr-Isha because I don’t want to have to use the bathroom and break my wudu and then go through the whole waswas process again. After the fard Salahs too, I get the feeling that I have committed kufr, strong, but fake urges to urinate, I get the feeling I had the niyyah to break my wudu, and then for all of this I end up believing my wudu is broken and make wudu for each salah. I can’t even keep my wudu from Maghrib to Isha because of this.
I have lost all happiness, khushu, and excitement for praying and doing wudu. I no longer find happiness doing good deeds, and doing bad deeds seems to have lost its significance in my head to an extent. This situation has ruined my whole life, and it needs to go away. I do not know if this may be an effect of magic or evil, but for all of this, please do ask a scholar or someone of knowledge if you can about my situation and do help me in what you can
      Barakallah feek

Firstly, if you haven't read this article, please do: justpaste.it/9g8u2
Secondly, with regards to the intention, one of the people of knowledge in Emirates said:
"And its not legislated to speak out with the niyyah (intention), and the four imaams agreed upon this. The major scholar ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullaah) said: "The niyyah is the intent and the determination to perform a certain thing. And the place for this (niyyah) is in the heart. It has nothing to do with the tongue whatsoever." Then he said: "This is why it has not been reported from the Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) nor from any of his Companions that they ever spoke out with any niyyah. And we have not heard that they mentioned this. Rather, the niyyah is the intent to perform a certain thing. So every person who is determined to perform an action, then he has the niyyah." Then he further said: "It cannot be imagined whatsoever that any act of worship or anything else is performed without niyyah (intention). So whoever sits down to perform the wudu, then he has already made the intention for wudu. And whoever stands up to pray, then he has already made the intention for prayer. A sane person cannot perform an act of worship or anything else without any niyyah. So the niyyah is something that is always there when a person has the will and intent to perform a deed. And if he were to try to perform any intended deed without a niyyah, then he would NOT be able to do this! And if Allaah were to order him to do this, for example to pray or do wudu without any intention, then Allaah would order him with something that is impossible to do! And if the person has any doubt whether he has made the niyyah or not, then this is a type of insanity!..."
So the summary of this speech is that the niyyah is the will and intent to perform something. And the niyyah can NEVER be absent from a deed that is wilfully performed. So everyone who performs any deed while he has willed to do it, then its unavoidable that there is a niyyah. This is why the Prophet (alayhi assalaatu wassalaam) said: "Verily, actions are only with niyyaat (intentions)." Meaning: there is no action without intention. Its impossible for anyone to perform an action wilfully without intention. This is the meaning of this hadith...
So if Allaah for example would tell us: "perform wudu without niyyah", then this would be something impossible for us. So here it becomes known that the waswaas (whisperings) that some people have about this, which is that they say: "i didnt have the niyyah", this is an illusion and theres no reality to this! How can it be said that he didnt have the niyyah while he has performed this deed?? So everyone who has performed any action, then its unavoidable that he has had the niyyah. This is why ibn Taymiyyah said: "Speaking out with the niyyah upon the tongue is a deficiency in sanity and in religion." How so? Deficiency in religion because this is an innovation. And deficiency in sanity because this is like the one who wants to go eat something and says: "I have the niyyah that by putting my hand in this vessel to take some food and put it in my mouth and eat it so that i can become full." This is what it means to speak out with the niyyah!
So the correct opinion is: the niyyah's place is in the heart, and it has nothing to do with the tongue. This is why if a person would come for 'Asr prayer: he wants to pray asr and he is determined to do so, and he knows the time of 'asr. So when he wants to say "Allaahu akbar" (to start the prayer), he says first: "I have the niyyah to pray four rak'aat of Dhuhr prayer." (he mistakenly said Dhuhr instead of 'Asr). Whats the ruling on this persons prayer now? His prayer is actually correct! Because the place of the niyyah is the heart and it has nothing to do with the tongue. So if he made a mistake with his tongue, then what counts is the niyyah made in the heart. (in this example he had the niyyah for 'Asr prayer in his heart, but his tongue said Dhuhr prayer, so the mistake of his tongue doesnt count). So his prayer is correct (and he is considered to have prayed 'Asr, not dhuhr)."

      To further answer your questions:
      1. stop doing all those things that you do "in order to set your intention straight". This is not the guidance of our Prophet. Whoever goes extreme in the religion, will be ruined (as mentioned in a hadeeth). So just keep it simple. Just do wudoo and go pray. You have the correct intention don't worry. Just start praying and don't look back. The prayer is supposed to give you rest and comfort, not the opposite! The fact that it gives you anxiety, means you are doing something wrong! It means you're not following the guidance of our Prophet in that! Allah has not placed any hardship upon us in the religion (as mentioned in the Quran). So the fact you find all this hardship in order to pray, means YOU are doing something wrong! So ignore all those whispers and just go pray. So everything you mentioned with regards to the niyyah, please ignore it and move on. Don't think about that stuff. Even if shaytan tells you: "You have no niyyah!" Ignore it and move on. Don't act upon these whispers (this is VERY important)! If shaytaan tells you during prayer, "your niyyah is gone!" ignore it. Its not gone. Just move on and ignore all of this. Always oppose the whispers and cut them off immediately. Focus on the meaning of the words you're saying during the prayer (so that you don't have time to think about these whispers).
      2. With regards to the doubts if you have committed kufr: ignore it. It won't harm you. Don't entertain those thoughts. Don't repeat your shahada because of it (because if you repeat the shahada, then you are ACTING upon the whispers, and I told you: NEVER act upon them).
      3. with regards to the bathroom issue and washing your private part, once again ignore all doubts about this. After urinating, wash ur private part ONCE, and move on. Don't look back. Go do wudoo, and go pray. Don't look back and ignore all those whispers. Be strong and firm, and ask Allah to aid you. After a while you will see it gets easier.
To close my answer, it seems you have a severe affliction of ocd or waswas. So do ruqyah upon yourself daily. Its sufficient to recite al-faatihah, ayatul kursi, the last three surahs of quran, etc upon yourself. Put for example your hand on your head, and recite what you can from quran (for example, three times faatihah, three times ayatul kursi, three times the last three surahs of quran, etc). Keep doing ruqyah on yourself daily, and ask Allah a lot to cure you. Keep begging Allah to cure you. Only He can save you and cure you. And make sure you have a daily portion of the quran that you recite. If you can recite surat al-baqarah daily, then thats even better! For more about Ruqyah, look at this video and also the links below that video (in the video description): ruclips.net/video/cGAlJz3ZPPk/видео.html
I ask Allah to cure you and aid you.

And one last piece of advice: I know it will be hard to ignore the whispers initially. But you have to be patient and firm (while asking Allah to aid you and keep you firm). After a few days or weeks you will see that it gets easier, in sha Allah. In the start its hard, but you have to be patient and just always ignore the whispers. Don't ever act upon them. Cut them off immediately and move on. Busy yourself with beneficial things. Time for prayer? Do wudu once, go pray, and move on. Don't look back and ignore all doubts and whispers. Even if shaytaan tells you: "you had no intention! You forgot this! You forgot that! You didn't do this properly! This is not a doubt, its certainty!" etc etc, Ignore ALL of it and move on. May Allah aid you.
