Anybody else think that Troy and Trevor have a really similar cadence to the way they talk? Its really eerie when they're talking to each other because it sounds like Trevor is talking to a much more gravelly version of himself
Yup. I usually only listen to the audio version and I’m just now realizing that Trevor doesn’t talk as much as I thought he does. Totally couldn’t tell a difference 😂

Yeah Troy has been in everything from last of us, Batman telltale, Batman Arkham series, borderlands the guy is damn near everywhere.

Anytime I hear people talking and making a lot of noise in the background, I remember Burnie shouting at people off camera to shut up that one time on the RT podcast. "Hey, shut up over there! We're filming a podcast!!!". I don't remember exactly what he said but it was something like that, and it was hilarious.

Just as long as he's good enough at the game to stay alive long enough to actually "be in it" for lack of a better way to put it. I'd be kind of a waste if it turned out like that one video with Rahul where a good chunk of the video has a special guest who can't say anything because he keeps getting killed too quickly.

I get what Troy's saying though about a memory/nostalgia bin. Every once in a while I go through cleaning purges where I toss out things I don't use and make sure clothing fits, etc. If it doesn't serve a purpose, out it goes! But like Gavin... The shirts stay. Certain other things stay too, like ROTC medals, patches, little trinkets from things, physical pictures we printed, even a stuffed animal or two, keychains, etc. It's nice to do a cleaning purge and find these things and just stop.. And smile. And remember simpler times with nice people, and the naivete thst came with being younger and carefree.

All this memory stuff makes me realise every memory I have is on a broken hard drive and I'm really finding it hard to think all my stuff is gone.. But it's probably all corrupted..
You could always send it to a data recovery center and see what they can recover from it
I'm going to try taking it to a store when I can gather up the money to pay for it. I have seen the files pop up when I tried to load the hard drive up, but it's a once in a blue moon occurrence. Maybe they're all fine? I dunno, just scared I've lost everything..

I understand where Michael is coming from completely, I loved Skyrim and I wanted to go back and play oblivion so I did and it was hard to get threw just because I had been spoiled by how well Skyrim controls and how good it’s graphics looked at the time but eventually I did get threw it, but then I tried out morrowind and I played for 30 minutes said to myself “yeah this umm, this is pretty rough” then never touched it again so I totally get the whole the games just too old thing

Its almost scary how quickly something becomes lost technology. Back in the mid 2000s NASA did a missive digitization of all their remaining old data tapes. They managed to get the tapes transferred to modern storage, but when they went to open the original Apollo lander CAD file, they found out that the format was 30 years obsolete and couldn't be opened by anything. And that they would need to either somehow convert the file to a more modern format, or just as hard, create an extension to allow modern cad to understand the old data. Long after most of the people who knew how the old software and code worked are dead. You don't even have to go back that far. We were getting a tour of the county court house and the IT director came in and told us how before the Windows 7 upgrade, all the swipe card locks were running off an isolated, old dos 3.1 box. And how he was the only one on staff who still knew how to run dos and make it work. And wouldn't you know it, he was away on vacation and the power went out. And they were unable to lock anything but the front doors for a week until'l he came back.
Sim card trays can be popped out by earrings. So if you have earrings, you can pop out sim card trays whenever you need it.

its crazy to watch these guys from the beginning. to watch roosterteeth go from this small ass office making rvb to where they are now. to watch achievement hunter go from small Minecraft lets plays to now. to see this company go from essentially nothing to being one of the largest entertainment companies on youtube. and to certainly see the achievement hunter boys sit down with TROY BAKER and chat and have a beer like theyre old friends. truly incredible to see this company thrive.
I always forget that Troy Baker does a fantastic Joker and voices him in Arkham origins....wild. This man has subconsciously infected all our minds with his voice acting 😂

honestly, if I needed a sim-tray-opener and Gavin had one, he'd be the coolest fucking person in the world to me. I actually needed one the other day (bc a deactivated 2nd sim card was interfering with the working one) and i had to ask like 10 ppl if they had a paperclip, then I had to peel a plastic coating off the paper clip to get it to fit in the hole. so yeah, having a person who just has the thing would be incredibly helpful
they always talk about flying and travelling but it was nice to hear troys refreshing take on it all and it not be so complaining orientated :)
