Thank you Dr Mishra for such an interesting lecture. Can you tell me please, when we use 0 degree Endoscope with circular lighting, we must have the light cable in upper vertical position also, or it is just for partial lighting endoscopes?

In circular lighting it does not make any difference in shadow but keeping light cable up will protect the fibers.

      DR RK Mishra
Thank you very much Dr Mishra. This video has some audio problem, till 41:00 it is ok and very rich with information, and afterwards the voice disappears. If you can solve this, it would be perfect. Thank you for everything
