Hey Natalie 😍. I'm so proud of you. I know the fear that comes with posting your content to the public, and I'm glad you've done this. I'll be working on my content creation after my online Mock exams and possibly finals if this pandemic won't affect the set dates.
Great advice except one part that's a little bit outdated as a strategy: the mastermind groups are technically against Instagram's terms of use and are classified as "co-ordinated inauthentic beahviour" so you have to be careful. If they detect you using this strategy your account could be deleted, and I think it's risky to suggest this tactic without mentioning this. Also you want to make sure the people you do this with are actually people in the target market for your account - their engagement will tell the algorithm to prioritise showing your content to people *most like those who are already engaging*. So if it's just a bunch of people who aren't your target market, it's going to make it harder to grow with the people who you really want following you. These groups used to be way more effective 1-2+ years ago because the algorithm wasn't as refined in how it showed content to people, so having a group of literally ANY accounts doing this was super effective. Now, not so much and can actually end up screwing you over. I'm an Instagram marketing specialist & I have to do a lot of hard work fixing client accounts who have used this strategy & messed up their account data. So proceed with caution :)

You have to make sure that your account is set up as a business account. I do believe you need to be the owner of the account or ask them for the insights. If you're on mobile, there are three tabs, you need to tap the "Insights" tab (On the right). Then you can look at your posts. Regardless of how you get to this point if you go to any of your posts, you should see a "View Insights" button you can tap. That shows you the number of likes, comments, shares, saves, profile views, and total reach that the post has. Hope this helps.
@@itseleniaman Thanks but I was referring to seeing other people's likes count. In this video, Natalie gives the advice to go to 10 other accounts and look through their posts to find the content with the most likes. That's where my question was: how do we know which of their content has the most likes now with the new IG likes set-up of hiding the total sum to people who don't own the account. ?

How does this work when you’re a jewellery shop? I feel strange posting my competitors posts/jewellery posts because aren’t I just giving them free advertising and encouraging my followers to buy from them instead?

But if there is one post at someones Instagram, that has lots of engagement, it could mean, that it was promoted post, right? then the strategy of investigating others viral posts wouldn't work...

If you look at posts on your web app (on your computer rather than phone) you can hover over the photo to see the amount of likes and comments it has
