Hans Roosenschoon's arrangement of the well-known song 'Shosholoza' was first performed as part of his Inaugural Address as Professor at Stellenbosch University on 19 August 1998 at the Endler Hall. The Libertas Choir and the University of Stellenbosch Symphony Orchestra was conducted by Eric Rycroft
