I guess because of this my 9 cell battery died .I heard problem is ATI chip(that's how i finded your video). why you use brush to clean gpu because this area is very sensitive in this area there are many smd components that can be easily damaged by brush. For cleaning you can use cottton buds

Sometimes when its not a software issue and its a hardware issue then no matter what unless you get a new graphic card the software drivers will not install and also there is a catch here , only if the laptop has got an Nvidia card only then it will be repairable like in aforesaid video. However , if it has an ATI Radeon graphics card like in my Laptop then its definitely not repairable. The same thing happens with my Samsung laptop's where its AMD graphic card issue occured but was still showing its display in reduced quality, however it obviously did not play any HD videos nor it showed me an option to reduce or increase its brightness as its dependent on the software drivers; even if you will try to uninstall the existing drivers from the device manager and then reinstall it ; It will show you a blue screen which you will hate to see and again you will need to go back in the Windows safe mode to uninstall the drivers so that windows can atleast startbut with limited capacity...Also it will not give you an option to put your laptop on sleep mode ...it will just work like a desktop .. The cost of new graphic card will always be high around Rs 8000 so better not to waste any money in getting it repaired rather use your old laptops for kids at home for purposes other than your work and better get a new laptop for yourself as this is actually the time to get a new laptop

LUCKY ! Otherwise you can blow small ICs on Top of Graphic Card . Most common cause of NO DISPLAY in this model is due to problem in Graphic Card Power supply due to PQ41 is Short

Are you sure it is removable, because if it is then don't risk destroying your whole laptop for that, you better buy a new graphics card (you can look for a second hand one too if new is too expensive)

He said it's problem with its ati Radeon graphic card. He will disable graphic card physically at chip level. Or switch to Intel graphics. you can disable the Radeon graphics driver from Control Panel Device Manager.
