I started watching this channel when it was just Matt and Summer. Was a little gutted when they stopped presenting, but you two have really grown into the role! Amazing work, love this channel. Thank you
Beautiful home. Love the use of space and the size of the rooms. I'll take this over a flat in Knightsbridge or Mayfair. 10 miles is not too far a drive to Harrods.
Jas and Tom 'doing their thang' with panache and enthusiasm, as always. Well done guys for another great tour of a lovely property. Happy Christmas! 🎄💐
Amazing place, pity the swimming pool room wasn't finished. It is amazing what you get for your money if you're willing to venture just a little bit out of the city.
Great presentation as usual,Of all the homes you have shown this is the one if i had the money i would buy,Nice simple decor nothing to flashy and the lounges and bedrooms are huge.Keep up the great videos
When I see so much space, I think of all the books that could fit in it. I like cinema, but in that space I would build a library. Even in the dining room I prefer to surround myself with art and books rather than bottles, which would look better in a cellar.
Very beautiful house, but the installer of the projector should change jobs. As an AV enthusiast I can't unsee how crooked the projection is compared to the screen.
Exceptional home, beautiful and modern without being grey and bland. Unusual to have a tiled landing and upstairs passage ways, looks very smart! All rooms great size, good looking cinema room but hate seating at 90° angle to the screen, makes it more of a TV room rather than having a true cinema experience. Is this currently up for sale? If so why is the pool complex under construction?
A very spacious home I'm intrigue why is this home so undervalue? Its incredibly well dress and have so much potential to increase the value thank you Jas and Tom for wonderfully presenting this luxury home
It baffles me why these houses devote so much space to living areas and then have a room you can barely swing a cat in for a study. I work from home and spend more time in my office than in any other room. If I was spending that much on a house, I'd want a luxury office complex, not a room the size of a cupboard to work in.
Agreed. All that space, and the study is always something like 8x10 feet with a view of the driveway. Clearly the home of someone who rarely works from home. And watches TV almost constantly. That's another thing that always flabbergasts me about these houses. Why is there always a television in every room? Design-wise, they're hideous -- giant gaping black voids -- so I can't imagine that they're placed there for appearance. How much television do these people watch?
Was loving the house tour until you featured the Spuds Rag! Ooo! sorry, I meant to say Spurs Rug! Tom seemed partial, now I know how to banter him lol #COYG
This doesn't have a very nice exterior facade, and the exterior area is inadequate, but it has a very functional interior with multiple large and wide-open spaces. The furnishings are a little passe, but still acceptable. Of all the properties featured on this channel, the $15 million Northwood property was the most exquisite. The Totteridge property was a little eccentric, but it still had a very functional exterior area. The Stancliffe house in Peak District was also quite extravagant. The Royston property didn't have a very appealing exterior, but served most of my needs. If I could have a dream property, then I'd love to buy the 125-acre Coombe Park estate in Oxfordshire, the 72-acre estate in Cambridgeshire, the 40-acre Ockwells Manor outside Maidenhead, or the 3-acre Vanbrugh Castle in Greenwich. I also like the 8th floor penthouse on Parliament View Apartments and the Beacon on top of the Corniche, but only if I had large country homes as my primary residences. I would prefer a large property( a 3-acre to a 125 acre property) close to London with a frontage on the Thames and convenient train(Elizabeth line or other) and road links into London or a large property close to Cambridge.
Again *stunning* exterior and poor interior… The outside is… stupendous! The layout of the house is also great. But again poorly decorated to seem “modern”… *0 taste, crazy potential* If someone was willing to buy it for me and give some million 💷 to make it a spectacular cozy classic British country house, this would be very much appreciated😂 I hope whoever buys that house to turn it into a proper beautiful 🏴 house!
@@georgesmith151 spending that much money to buy it you would expect not something extravagant or a super unique pattern from Armenia for example. Just put a nice carpet to much with the aesthetic of the house. You will ask what aesthetic with all these glossy-glass-modern-shiny things but… whatever! No taste…
@Nicky L yeah I’m sure changing the exterior surfaces was part of the “modernisation” of the house. It’s doesn’t look like a proper Tudor house for sure but if someone with taste buys it, this house has great potential. From that point of view is stunning! I liked that they kept the more traditional scheme of the house, it’s not like these weird looking modern houses which are all square and then a weird angle coming out of nowhere… A lot bit of care and the exterior could be 100% amazing again!

They are pretty much mirror images of matt and summer.

10 miles in London is like an hour at least with traffic! Expect your Rolls Royces to get dinged up by bad car parkers too.
Just call a taxi, if you have this sort of money. This just looks like a footballers place to me. All too dark for me,

Hands down the best house i've seen for 5million in terms of location, size and facilities.

That's how a home movie theatre seating should look like. Cozy and communal not those single seats.
That's a tv room not a proper cinema room. I'm always dissapointed with cinema rooms in these millions pounds homes.
@@user-jt1jv8vl9r agreed, it's not a cinema room unless you have proper cinema room seating

Shame we didnt see the outdoor space, but inside is amazing! Thank you for the great job!
From what I saw, looks a bit of a construction site ATM, what with the swimming pool complex being built
@@James-BB70 Filming outdoors would include the traffic noise.
Ideal pad, but not looking the main road that runs alongside of the property 😮
Best house so far this month

Absolutely lovely. I could see my self there x
Amazing home! Great video.
Don't forget to mention location in the description

It feels strange that large homes in England/Europe don't have elevators/lifts. An amazing home nonetheless.
Good evening
the exteriur is soooo niceeee
Where’s the garden?
Great video guys! Keep up the amazing work! Epic property 😎

south east London is quite a lot cheaper than NW or SW London.
Estate agents not realtors in the U.K. !! But a nice house for sure

This house is really lovely. I thought the ground floor was too masculine, but the dining room is fabulous, and it won me over with the bedrooms.

lacking proper detail and glossing over too many major points of interest. you need to watch some pro US vids.
