Is there a way to make them last there for more then 40 sec bc I'm trying some long rollout that take lots of attempts and go really far

Yes, you can, you can enable the bots respawn mode, so they wont despawn, and will also respawn if you killed them.

Yes, you can enable no cooldown mode, should be the same workshop code. The keybind for no cooldown mode should be shown on the top left of the screen.

You can go into the hero settings after you import a code and set the cooldowns in any mode.
