A lot of East coast rappers were dissing Hammer and making fun of the video but the haters hate what they know they can't do... This was a club banger and some East coast DJs weren't trying to play the song or the remix and you had to request this song to make that DJ play it... they would do that with a lot of West coast rappers music later on too.
Hammer decked out in the A's gear. I was introduced to that logo from his movie where he goes and rushes Sneed's boxing gym (after the drug deal leaves a child casualty). Hammer stays smooth with it...and to this day. 😊😊😊
