NICE ONE SID, the orx with that x35 coil looks to be the set up id like to get next, great machine, nice n light, do like these 1st person videos of you digging, some great shots and clean and crisp.
With a W on Henry's hammered; was that a William the (?) coin? Congrats Henry 🎉 Congrats to Carol on her hammered 🎉 and on that absolutely gorgeous gold picture frame 😍 You got to get a little detecting in. As thick as that 1950's coin was, I thought it was a game piece. It was a surprise when you read of a date for it being a coin. Great video as always!! 😃
Very nice video guys congrats !!! I have a guestion for if you want to help me i want to buy one orx but i cant deside the coil size which one the 22 hfr or the coil that you use
Hi sid I've got the xp dues orx with the x35 11. I was thinking of getting the 9inch hf round coil but am not sure. Just wanted your expert opinion on the coil. Has I've seen a couple of videos with you useing it thanks
Hi mate had the ORX with 9 inch coil just over a year now and been fortunate to have found a bronze age palstave style axe head new years eve 2019 and recently my 1st hammered Edward 1st (old long shanks) long cross penny, so quite pleased with the performance of the machine. Good tip for not getting caught out with coke is to watch the mineralization bar go up... yeah dig a few up for peace of mind, but that mineral bar does help out winkling out coke for sure.
Quindi da quanto vedo le bobine HF non sono buone per cercare monete in bronzo e argento io ho diversi problemi se voglio scavate monete grandi in argento e bronzo devo usare la bobi a X35 da ª frequenza da 7.7 ha 11.7 khz
That's some amazing finds...! Cheers

One of Henry VIII's noblemen was Sir Thomas Wolfe maybe that's what the " T W " refers to ?
Welcome. what program are you using what are the best settings for orx?

Simon Bihop hf coil is very good, ideal on ancient sites with lots of nails and mineralised soils
Henry viii used his dads coins for a while. So it would be Henry vii head.
The only difference on the coins had vii or viii on it.
Good vid Sid,what's the orx like on coke ?
Barry Lee not too bad... get tricked from time to time but overall its ok

Cool video. Should use gloves.
Wish i could find a hammerd 😔lol
Loose the toothbrush. It's for teeth
A soft toothbrush is THE best tool for coin / artifact cleaning in the field .
