There is one more point I wanted to add that is about the mind set of our teachers. They should teach students as a teacher not as they work any job because that work is to help the nation building. then something changes will happens in the actual on the ground level.
As per my limited knowledge i am also struggling for some achievements. But there is one big hurdle always on our way that is lack of conceptual clarity it should clear as early as possible otherwise it becomes a big burden in future. And most of today's youth are concerned regarding these.
So, If you are reading this comment then please understand the thing that is just consider the education system there has many sub parts like education ministers, administrative of it, teacher's behaviour with students, students mind set towards education (education never gives only job there are other aspects also), parents mind set towards his child, and most imp is society domain towards school and interests in national things(without vision nothing possible something) all those things are most imp towards growing educational system.
We hope you get a chance to implement your actual targets. And we Indians are happy to see change in the education system.
