If you are referring to Palo, it is only included for the couple. This video was made about a month or two before the updated the prices and requirements. We plan to re do this video sometime this year in 2024.
The packages are only for 16 people now, previously 18.

Can you get married on a day at sea day? Or does the ship have to be stationery?
