I kinda like this direction from the deck. I think ukkomon with with lui is too valuable not to use as an interaction and the fact that you can set up turns where you raise twice and abuse the bond tamer are too good to pass on. I really like the 4 SEC approach to the deck to punish early bodies and with black tai you can make warg quite strong. No bond agumon is interesting, I personally would not play the deck without it but thats just a player preference.
Both were considerations, but I liked ACE Metal over Skull and I couldn't justify cutting any BT14 WarGs for ACE WarG and playing more than 4 megas would have felt pretty bad.
I think there are better things to do with 2 memory on your turn. The deck draws and searches plenty as is. Adding in a card like that would just make bad hands worse while only making good hands just marginally better.
I think this deck is a different approach from the bandai intended one. especially with the blck option. So space isn't there plus the ACE has a unique spot hard playing it like sean mentioned. SKullgrey needs to evo. and there aren't too mcuh champions to evo on in first place plus not needed for this approach. I think in a more streamlined agubond list it's still absolute top notch. But then u build completely different with bt14 tai, analog youth and more champions.
I ended up not testing the Skulls, but I cut the Ukkos. I had 4 in the list for a while before I realized it isn't worth a spot in the deck. Ukko not being an Agumon became an issue. It doesn't threaten WarG or AguBond. It's just a rookie. So I cut it for the EX1 Agus.
@@DigiSean37 was curious about it since it can facilitate the rookie rush strategy, but I can see where you are coming from. Since agubond does not have the same draw power as gabu.
My issue with Crimson is the 6k DP threshold. It's a great card, but I wanted to play removal that could answer a lot of the level 5s of the format in addition to other things. If it had a 7k DP threshold I would have probably cut 1 DG for 1 Crimson Blaze.

Any thoughts on playing Rowdy Rocker? It’s card draw and you can tuck an EX1 Agumon for more searching

i think the bt14 skullgrey is so good and better than the metalgrey ace personally
