- This Tool-Assisted Speedrun was created for the sole purpose of exploring this game. Though it lacks the polish of many others, I am very happy with the end result, especially considering that it is my first TAS.
I have no plans to redo this. It's been said that this game is not a good choice for a TAS. I'll leave it at that.

Please, read the title people. It's TAS which means it's not a legit run. It was made to test how fast the game can be beaten. There's no way Leaf or ZoneVD could beat this time

For everyone who didn't understand it yet: TAS means Tool-Assisted Speedrun. It's a speedrun where the runner uses special tools on emulators like Bizhawk to get perfect times. In TAS you can use for example record your inputs frame by frame and if you make a mistake you can go a bit back and re-do the part, then once you get a perfect recording of the inputs you just play it back on an emulator.

It's shame to see these Zone fans who don't know what TAS means... They are not respecting other runners and just scream "ZoneVD will beat thizz!!!!!!!!"
mi ke I don't mind it all that much. It's more of a shame when those fans call me a hacker or cheater just because I got a better time. Or if they threaten me, that's bad too. Welcome to speedrunning.
I'm a big fan of speedrunning and even bigger fan of speedruns where two or more players constantly try to break others record.
But this is just hiloriosly stupid. Im also from Finland and it's cool to see a finn having a world record on a speedrun, but those fans calling you hacker makes it just 100 worse. I hope they grow up, you're an awesome runner!
Prince_Leaf im zones fan but you are very good speedrunner too and you are not hacker im sure about it

Did you gave up at trying to beat ZoneVDs time. I understand if you didnt bcz ofc it was pretty fast
I haven't called it quits yet. But the truth is, I haven't really been running the game. Speedrunning just isn't a priority at the moment for me.

Good speed run my friend..i like the tas videos..but i like more the MK TRILOGY TAS bugs or glitches xD lol

This run is not really feasible, but it can be done if someone is literally that good and RNG is spot on. Nothing in this TAS is impossible to execute. But I too would love to see it happen.
