Using customer's raw materials coconut shell.
This system is with Mingyang Machinery Designed Water purification system, so whole working process is smokelss.
Only 20 minutes, carbonziation producing flammable gas, and back to furnace bottom as heating source.
We are providing larger scale & better using experience carbonziation furnaces. If you have bunch of wasted biomass materials, pls consider making them to charcoal( clean, green, long burning, high heat, no smoke, no odor etc.).

This is extremely impressive. I am quite interested in this device. But I want to ask a few questions on the effects of coconut shell burning
1. Is it feasible to char coconut shells with this equipment in larger volumes/quantities, or is there a limit?
2. What proportion of the residual water content in the coconut shell charcoal?
3. What proportion of substance levels is lost during the combustion process?
4. What proportion of ash content is produced?

very impressive energy saving device Mr Kim. do you think we could skip the wood gas purification , as it is quite complicated for an amateur, and use LPG gas exclusively for the heating , though this might prove expensive , . i really like it. Anand from Mauritius
Hi Anand, thanks for your comment, we can seal smoke in the water( can also be smokeless working), but can't use the flammable gas from recycling. Because wood gas comes out from carbonization always with humidity and dust, that's why we use water purification, after purification, the gas will be very easy to light up and burn for heating. For one batch by one batch type furnace, "burn smoke directly" type can't work well( we have designed using gas ignition burner to help light up initial smoke, for rotary continuous working model, this will only need burn gas to help light up fire for smoke as start, later the fire will be powerful enough to burn the following flammable gas. It doesnt the gas materials and debris get trapped
Why water cool the smoke?
Because to remove extra steam after spraying

@@GoodMoment88 Hi, the recycled gas color will turned to be a process, firstly red, then blue, then yellow, then red, after these, it means carbonization finished

Hi Dear Gabriel. Yes. We use a designed water purification system to seal and recycling the smoke to flammable gas.

How many tons of lpg do you need to produce 1 ton coconut shell charcoal?
It’s only needed for preheating. Each model furnace able using recycled gas for heating. So different furnace is different data. And not whole 1 ton charcoal all count on LPG.

Where does the smoke go?
Hi Mr Mohamed, we use designed water purification system to treat the smoke. So the whole process is smokeless working.

قشور جوز الهند يحتاج الى 5 ساعات على الاقل ليتفحم في هذا الفرن الضعيف
وقت الكربنة على أساس كمية المواد. لأننا في هذا الفيديو نقوم بإدخال كمية قليلة جدًا من قشرة جوز الهند، لذلك تنتهي في عدة ساعات. إنها ليست مجرد عدة دقائق تنتهي كوقت فيديو.
لا ليس كذلك . اذا كانت الكمية قليلة او كثيرة لا يؤثر على وقت التفحم او الكربنة . لان انا ايضا عندي ماكنة او فرن الكربنة يتسع لواحد طن ونصف من قشور الجوز ويحتاج الى ثمانية ساعات متواصلة لكي يتفحم .
قشرة الجوز أصغر بكثير من قشرة جوز الهند، وتحتاج إلى 8 ساعات بسبب تدفق الهواء السيئ بالداخل. لذلك يحتاجون إلى وقت أطول بكثير لإنهاء عملية الكربنة.
الفرن المصمم الجديد في مصنعنا مزود بنظام تنقية كامل، ويمكنه جلب كل الدخان لتنقيته، وكذلك تعزيز عملية الكربنة. بدون تدفق الهواء، ستستغرق عملية الكربنة وقتًا أطول بكثير حتى تنتهي، ولا تزال غير قادرة على التأكد من التفحم بالكامل.
لذا أقترح عليك استخدام تصميمنا، بدلاً من استخدام تصميم سيء، ثم احكم علينا. شكرًا لاهتمامك!@@Husham_Alameen
Walnut shell is much smaller size than our coconut shell, you need 8 hours because bad airflow inside. So they need much longer time to finish carbonization.
New designed furnace in our factory all with complete purification system, it can bring all smoke to purify, and also promote carbonization process. Without airflow, carbonization will takes much much longer time to finish, and still not able to make sure fully carbonized.
So suggest you use our design, instead of using a bad design then judge us.Thanks for your interest!@@Husham_Alameen

pointless using LPG to make char!!
Because we test in our factory, not allowed to make any smoke. You can use any other Wasted firewood to preheat up furnace. This is only showing principle how does our system working. Our normal model for sell is using recycled gas as main heating fuel from materials carbonization itself. No matter what kind of charcoal making method, it will needs a preheating fuel at least!!!
