I want to tell you a story. Last March I was making an interview and I exagerated a bit on my excel skills. I've actually never used a computer that much before (so late compared to my generations) but here I was applying in the internet e-commerce industry :) and I did have just discovered your videos and I was confident they where going to bring me to level just in time (I was 10 days from starting the internship). I didn't even have the time to practice but just watching was enough to be outstanding from the beginning. All the short cuts where amazing. I couldn't believe I would transform them into practice such amazingly. Everybody has always said I'm great at excell, that 's so funny and incredible. Thanks again.

    Regd :(3,4,5)
How do you consider +/- 3
I couldn't understand the concept behind it

Hello Mike, question here. Considering the first method of finding outliers - Max+Multiple*Range - I'm afraid none will fall outside the Max value, did I misunderstand something here?

None will be past MAX, but some may or may not be past the outlier line, just not in this data set.
