Hydraulic struts comprise of a series of extensions with a hydraulic unit at one end. The fixed length extensions provide the coarse adjustment, and the hydraulic unit provides the fin adjustment. Compared to traditional fabricated systems, these struts can be installed and removed quickly without the need for on-site fabricators.
