I have just discovered your channel and I'm in love with your vlogs, currently binge watching them all!
I used to have tons of trouble establishing a sleep routine, and one of the things that I find works best is waking up (with an alarm) at the same time each day (I give myself an extra hour of sleep on the weekends) as well as not looking at a brightly lit screen before bed. Lights from screens trick your mind into thinking it's daylight and make it harder to fall asleep! Try reading for 30mins or so before bed or listening to a podcast - that's what works for me!

With referencing the page numbers, it's only necessary in some of the reference styles. So definitely look up the kind needed for your course, and the rules for that style. Just because I know if it's a style you don't need page numbers for and you put page numbers you may be marked down. So handy tip.

Essays can get so annoying, you have to be insanely specific... I study Philosophy and I end up with an crazy amount of quotes everytime!! I use to forget to put the page number in my notes and the struggle was so real!!!!!! tears my friend!
