His ring makes his stun be based on his energy shield. Since they have 0 energy shield, they are ALWAYS getting stunned. They also have a gem to recover from that stun faster or else you wouldn't move.

in combination with valyrium ( ring) stun threshhold is based on ES, you get stunned alot because you have 0 ES and recover alot of life via bloodnotch (jewel)
@@KDieII stun threshold is based on max es. Also, if you take 'unfaltering' on the tree for the stun mastery, it increases your stun threshold. You then take agnostic to make sure your stun threshold is back at the lowest it can be.

you cant, the only way is to avoid being hit from the spectre that aplies ruin, but the best thing you can do is just not select any ruin mod
