when i try to change the axis of the plane, clicking the yellow ball at the end, it wobbles all over the place, it doesn't snap to any existing axis. What do you do?

hi sir i have a problem in using the steering wheel,iam unable to align it to my part or to flip it over it is a problem,it will be all over the place,what do i do,i need a single steering wheel not so many as i use it
