There are 2 from the same game first being "The "Ultimate"" for killing the special lizard monster Viridblaze saurian. Its a reference to granblue fantasy The Ultimate Bahamut, who is also often being refered as lizard Second one thats much easier to notice if you played "Granblue fantasy: Relink" and that is "Resonators: Relink" and is an obvious reference to gbf's chain burst mechanic which activates when there were multiple ultimates used in a short span of time

The Papers, Please achievement is very a reference given its an achievement for passing Ragunna's customs check which is what the game is all about

I would assume that it's only in EN. Some of these just wouldn't make sense as a reference otherwise.
