I thought you said this was for a straight build contest why are you using top coat and stuff I thought it was what's in the box nothing extra even panel liners and top coat gloss I may be wrong but it seems like it would defeat the purpose of out of the box build and start entering custom area
Hey there! It was within the category limit. We were allowed to trace existing panel lines. What is now allowed was scribing new ones. Top coat is allowed but not painting a new color. You can check the contest that I joined in Rise of Gunpla website. 😉
@@plamoverse you good bro I don't know these things that is why I asked I didn't mean to sound like a smart ass if that is how it was perceived I apologize it was not my intention to offend but to learn more about the community events
There is ZERO REASON to sonic clean plastic unless you dunk it in a toilet first before you start building. Waste of time and money. Resin, on the other hand, must be washed first.
What about residue, and all sorts of those? I know you could have painting problems if you don't clean your parts. I see Studio G using an ultrasonic cleaner too. 🤔🤔 Maybe preference?
*My official entry to ROG 2022 Straight Build Category! The HG 1/144 OZ-06MS LEO. Enjoy the Video. Timestamps on the description.*
I see mugssss... best of luck to your contest entry!
