Thank you Carlos. This is a Japanese concert band medley of Cumbanchero and Copacabana. The two songs are linked together by a drum break. I didn't arrange it. In addition to being a band teacher, I am a drummer/percussionist who plays Afro-Cuban music, so I do know a thing or two about the style. When I took my students to Japan on a tour, we saw this Japanese concert band perform this medley of those two songs, so we decided to play it also.
Of course, Copacabana is a pop song by Barry Manilow, named after the famous beach in Rio.
