    I had the same vehicle in burgundy. It was one of my favorites. I miss the opera lights, plush rugs, and fender skirts. I would wash most of the rear white wall tires, then back up a bit to finish them as the fender skirts covered a portion of the tire. Those wire wheels were not too easy to clean either.

    Yep this is the one from Chicago. I seen it for sale here in Chicago even before Mr75caprice bought it. Hope it goes to a good home. She's a beauty. Last of the big luxurious cruisers from Olds.

    I had one of these. I always wanted a 98. It was ok. Major rust bucket though. GM must have used dirty recycled steel for this series of 98.

    Most USA vehicles from the 1980’s were just funky and junk. However, this was a beauty. My dad owned a completely loaded 4-D Olds 98 Brougham.

    These were wonderful cars, even if somewhat underpowered compared to their early 1970's models. Great for long-distance cruising.

    OWN A MINT 1979 DELTA 88 ROYALE SEDAN BROUGHAM. MANY INTERIOR SIMILARITIES. NICE UP TO ABOUT 1986 OR 1987 . THEN CAME DRAMATY DOWNSIZING 😱

    I had a 83’ Sedan Deville and a 79’ Ninety Eight Regency with this kind of interior. I don’t know imo the olds don’t take no backseat

    My dad had this car as a four door same colour and everything. His was a 1984 the last year for this beautiful car with a full frame. Why do they have to ruin a good thing?😢
