Drink lots of liquids and hot tea. That will help push everything down. After my spinal surgery 7 doses of stool softeners/ laxatives in 5 days I said screw it and did a fleets enema the reg kind not the oil. It got rid of what was lower then the rest was able to come down. U look really good 👍

You look awesome by the way! Good girl! I had open heart surgery last May. I had 3 tubes to drain under my big incision; when they pulled those out I cried. Just cried.

You're doing great Lucy! Remember to drink lots of fluids so the laxatives can do their job. 🙃

I swear I’m already drinking my weight in water a day. 😬 It’s the only thing I drink.

@@LucyABE84 write down how much you drink. Eat lots of veges....if you can. Prune juice(I know it's gross) cranberry juice. I had an uncle who was paralyzed from the neck down and he had his "busy days" every third day. He took a lot of Senoket too. He swore by water and crangrape.

@theeadesfamily, I had to take 3 stool a day softeners for a week before I went for the first time after general anesthesia. I’m sure it also has something to do with the meds you’re on, but it took a WHILE! Hang in there! :)
