No better way to spend New Years Eve than watching a Greg Valentine shoot interview. Thanks for posting this in its entirety today James.
Greg's hair is 40 years younger than him.
Greg Valentine is a perfect example of how much different a wrestler can be in real life than the character he portrayed in the ring. Ironic that most of the “heels” were actually very nice guys and so many of the “good guys” were actually heels outside the ring.
I’m here for this, although I feel like we’ve seen most of it via the clips you’ve been posting.
My dad was in the cab business in Nashville Tennessee all through the 70s 80s 90s he met all of the wrestlers that would hang out in the non-tourist bars, he told me that Greg, the hammer valentine was one of the best people in that whole entire business, he would tell stories about being at the bar. They always sound normal, but he would be hanging out with a hammer 🔨 every time I see Greg Valentine, I think of my dad how much fun he must’ve had bullshitting with these guys!
Valentine is one of those I couldn't stand back in the day, so hearing these interview gives me new respect for his character talent cause he seems like a great guy lol
Hammer was an true old school wrestlers with that true old school mentality. I miss this era! Great shoot interview! Very entertaining listening to Greg the Hammer Valentine!

Greg Valentine is one of the top wrestling shoot interviews. Right up there with Lanny Poffo and Bret Hart.
I will immediately tune into any shoot interview the Hammer is a part of. I love this guy's stories, his attitude, and I was always a heel guy so I was a fan back in the day....keep up the bangers
