Me and my mate from school used to bike down to Nuneaton on a Saturday morning to watch the trains during 1996-2001, then we would go to Entertainment Exchange and Woolworths to spend our pocket money on games for our Sega Megadrives (and eventually PlayStation One's!)
God this video brings back those memories, thank you!

Yet another great video - thanks for sharing. Not nearly enough Likes or Comments for the quality of this video. Also very informative; although I travelled the WCML extensively during the 80/90s, I was never at Nuneaton, nor on a Sunday. So it was really interesting to see how the drags to/from Birmingham approached and were handled in the station, as the trains for Liverpool/Manchester/Scotland ran through normally. Again thank you for filming this and taking the time to edit and upload the video - much appreciated.

47536 there withdrawn 04/97, so it only had less than a year to go. Unusual formation on the nonstop train at 6:27; a Res BG borrowed in lieu of a DVT.
