Hi Zach, glad that you had that Skid Steer bucket to fill that rock in to save your back from shoveling. You did a nice job filming the drilling in the Concrete to get the view from the inside to see if coming through. I think you used that same tool on your video of building that Basin as well. Glad that you film these types of Construction jobs as well as your Business as a Tree climber.
Zach, it's a shame video doesn't show grade where there's a standing water problem. I know you don't have a smaller dump truck, but I always back my small 1 ton dump back to area load it with soil then when have to backfill with stone scoop straight out of truck with excavator and dump in trench. Saves tons of back and forth time but you did great for one day. I purchased a u10 kubota this year for those smaller jobs in addition to the u35 I already own. Great professional job as usual
@robertvannicolo4435 Indeed, it is always a struggle to share grade with you guys. I've tried putting my dump truck on plywood before and it works okay if I double it up, but it's pretty hard on a single layer. I can imagine a single layer wpukd support a one ton dump pretty well though! How do you like that little machine? I've rented a 2 ton machine for a few jobs before. A smaller machine woukd have been handy here too.
@@zaccheus Zach the u10 operates like a large machine very comfortable for being so small I’m 6’ tall not all cramped up running it in landscaping very handy better then shovel will fit through 27” gate has expandable tracks I think to 39”

Might cpukd be able to do something like that. The amperage draw on a hand held core drill is pretty high as you might inagine. I tried a corded unit on a Honda 2200 at the rental store once. It wouldn't run it. I'm not sure what size inverter might be necessary. Assuming 100% effeciency the 75 amp alternator on my skiddy at 14v would only make 9.5 amps at 110v. I'm sure the battery could handle it for a period of time though. I think I'd need maybe a 200amp alternator to keep up. That number comes from speculation rather than actual inefficiency numbers considered. Another thought might be the run a small generator off of the auxillary hydraulic circuit. I have like 65hp available there 😂

@deadmanswife3625 the trench varied depth between ~24" and 12". The pipe I used is perforated 4" N12. It's also known as double wall HDPE (high density polyethylene).
@@deadmanswife3625 haha absolutely. I'm disappointed to say that I so rarely see kids playing outside anymore. I spent my summers outside dawn to dusk when I was a kid. I don't think I saw children outside all summer this year.

@boomupengineering there is the Honda 3200 watt generator. It looks easy enough to move around still and I think it has a 20 amp circuit
