Thank you so much for this advice. I find whenever I tried to do something for me on my lunch hour, we pay for it later because I didn't plan what we were eating for lunch. I know meal planning is super important but I just don't have time for it.
Try stocking the house with easy and fast meals that are healthy. My go-tos are prepared salads from the grocery store, organic vegetable soups with some bread/toast, or granola, yogurt and fruit which take 5 minutes to throw together!
as a theatre arts student we really didn't have boundaries between work and personal life at all. we poured all our free time to theatre work and that really made me burn out. 😭 we didn't even have enough sleep

I loved working from home the first couple of weeks, I love me time, but after some time I did miss human interaction
There are definitely pros and cons to working from home. Not getting to chat with folks in person is definitely one of them.
