EIS CIRCUIT FITTING USING EIS SPECTRUM ANALYSER

- Hi! In this tutorial video, I have shown you how to use the EIS Spectrum Analyser 1.0 of abc chemistry for fitting the data obtained from the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements. The application, I have displayed here is free, I reckon, but please do check yourself. You can fit your EIS data using this EIS Spectrum analyser without connecting your PC/laptop with the electrochemical workstation, and you will not require to install any other software for this purpose. You will get to see the Nyquist plot (Z' vs -Z'' plot), mod(Z) vs frequency plot as well as the Bode plot (theta vs frequency) in this software even without installing! Moreover, you have the option to choose an equivalent circuit from many of the standard equivalent circuits available in the offline library. You are also allowed to customize and draw your own circuits. However, to use your experimental data for fitting with this nice application, you need to have a particular data format, which I have discussed in this video. Please watch this video till the end, and if you find it helpful then, please do like and share it in your research community. Please also subscribe to this channel.

The program is free for noncommercial use.

Sir you saved my time ....thank you so much I have .DTA file and I was frustrated to open in NOVA but now I have done an analysis by the help of this video..
Glad to know that.
Great initiative. Really helpful.
Thank you for your kind appreciation, Dr Chakraborty.
Thank you for such a wonderful explanation
Very Helpful Video Thank You so much!!

Please, I have done the fitting on my Nyquist plot but my problem is how to determine the bulk resistance from my Nyquist plot. My Nyquist plot did not make a complete semicircle and it all started from the origin zero. Please how can I determine the bulk resistance from such a Nyquist plot?

Thank you very much sir. It is very helpful.
Glad to know that.🙏
Dear sir,
I have tried installing the EIS spectrum analyzer from the link given in your description but my laptop's AI is auto rejecting the software due to virus detection.
Very beneficial for me
How are you nice work
I have problems during fitting my data
There is no equivalent circuit fit properly with my data ,as in the low frequency region there is a small bending in the straight line and I don't know what can I do can u help me ???
Appreciation for your sharing a lot. But how could we obtain the fitting data to plot it in Origin software?
can you assist in loading the data. I prepared the data in order but when I load them it keeps saying invalid data. will appreciate your assistance.
I've depicted here how to make the proper data. Please watch the video properly.
This is so helpful. Thanks for sharing. However, when I was doing fitting by a model written by myself, it said "floating point division by zero", and did not seem to continue fitting. What should I do in this case?
You should be careful in writing your TXT data. The first number of runs Will be the Total Number of your runs in TXT file -1. So if you have a Total n. of data equal to 71 you have to write 70 :)
this application is opening in my window, please help me to open it
Thank you sir
You are welcome.
What is the significance of P1 ,n1 and Aw1? How can I get the value of CPE1?
Can you explain why it shows "Floating point Division by Zero" when I click on the "fit' symbol?
Please try with a fresh model.
Great video! I have a question, How can you know to draw Equivalent circuit in 11:40 to 14:12 time? Thank you sir.
I have shown how to draw a circuit. Please watch the video entirely.
Nice video sir. what kind of algorithm does who have to choose and function?
Please watch the entire video, where I have discussed about this issue.
"Floating point Division by Zero" when I click on the "fit' symbol this is very annoying i have tried with every circuit please givr proper solution Sir..
Delete you circuit and everything. Then try freshly, please.
excellent Help
Thank you for your comment.

floating point division by zero. I keep getting this annoying message. Could you explain me how to fix it?
In that case, please clear your model and try again.
Dear sir,
After clicking on fitting it shows floating points division by zero
What will I do and than it is not showing fitting value
Please watch this video entirety.
@@AyanSarkar1 I have seen but in my data fitting it is showing floating points division by zero

@@AyanSarkar1 do you have this in this video how you made this?
having trouble while fitting
It happens. You have to try with different models. As shown in the video, I use Newton algorithm.
@@ayansarkar2740 already did, showing floating point error everytime, how to solve?
@@mainulmorshed5406 Please keep trying. I have also faced such problems. Clear the circuit and fit again.
