It wasn't exactly what I was expecting... and frankly, it was better for NOT being what I thought. I was expecting legions of minions following Liv through the desert, perishing in bloody battle, not the minimalistic saga the band has presented. And I was suprised to see an actress playing such a large part. This is a great video. There's a lot of subtlety, and I look forward to checking it out over and over again in order to catch all the little things. And, obviously, to listen to one of the best fucking songs on the PLANET!

When I first heard this song I envisioned the story taking place at night somewhere in the desert with the only light source being Moonlight. Nonetheless it was a good video, I just think they could have had a great video. Maybe it's just me.
Yeah, that's more or less what I pictured, with a legion of monstrous hyenas or bloodthirsty assassins that creep toward the camera during the refrain like you're about to become the Desert Queen's next victim.

I hope so! I hope she at least goes on and it's still heavy. I don't really like bands with female singers. But she is awesome and seems real.
+Red Fly When dealing with a situation like this I always remember a line in the movie "The Outlaw Josey Wales," "endeavor to persevere." To me the break-up was devastating. But I've learned in whatever situation I'm in I just decide to carry on regardless.
Does anyone else out there get the feeling these guys were influenced HEAVILY by Doro Pesch, either with Warlock, or when she does solo stuff. Any thoughts?
