I think the fact that consumers answering questions in order to access premium service is actually a practice of biased sampling.

I know, but it's a bit annoying that every new thing comeing out from almost every company start or is only in the U.S. and never in other parts of the world...But I think it's a little annoying.

In all seriousness, Google surveys is just getting started - literally, so they're road testing it in the US and if it takes off, they'll roll it out worldwide over time.
