Chaque fois que j'écoute cette composition de Colombier, je sens qu'elle devient encore plus belle et profonde.

Magnifique, quelle émotion ! Encore un génie parti trop tôt, mais... "Emmanuel" signifie "Dieu avec nous", et Michel est là haut j'en suis sûr, en train de composer toujours plus de cette musique qui nous étreint au plus profond de notre humanité... Magnifique ! Encore des larmes en écoutant ce chef d'oeuvre, merci Michel ! Repose en paix
Ce n'est que dans la musique, à mon avis, qu'on voit la grandeur de l'être humain, qu'on voit son génie, qu'on voit sa bonté. Dommage pour l'humanité que la musique ne soit pas prédominante. Merci Michel Colombier pour ce chef d'oeuvre.

The playing is beautiful, not much needs to be said. Listening to it is an 'experience'.

great performance . A propos the piece is of course stolen from Marcello's concerto / adagio, 2nd movement
This is an adaptation ; Colombier never hides that it came from Marcello 2nd mov, music specially dedicated to his dead son (Emmanuel).
By the way this music was the opening & closure of the french TV chanel n°2 between 1975 & 83 (souvenirs!!) : ruclips.net/video/VLaPLw9DRrQ/видео.html)

No that is not opinion this version is a little more modern version but thats right adagio its not far
