If you have a multitude of unusual hot keys, you can link them to a stream deck. From there, you can add an icon to a button as a reminder. Push the button and it will run that hot key script. I use it all the time.

Second recommendation for the Stream Deck. I'll have to give it another look :)

I bet you might like an elgato stream deck or something like it! Buttons with a screen to have endless options!

    I LOVE AutoHotKey!
I activate scripts with my Stream Deck for all sorts of things, including Resolve shortcuts, email filing, and many other repetitive tasks.

Everybody should know about Autohotkey, I am very thankful one of my mentors got me into it and showed me the first scripts.
For ur mail script you should integrate a GUI so you don't have to replace anything 😉

or, you can use AutoIt Scripting language which is what AutoHotKey stole the majority of their source code from which forced them to go from opensource to closed source freeware.

Ah. Never heard of Autoit. It doesn't surprise me that everything worth while has a clone.

No surprise you picked this up based on your sketchup skills. The possibilities are endless. Btw, check out Scite4Autohotkey. It's a text editor with Syntax highlighting, documentation linking and the ability to run scripts, among many other things.

I use snipit tool that comes with windows. You grab what you want by making a window. Copy/paste in document.

I used Snipit for a long time. A friend recommended I switch to Lightshot and wow what an improvement. I like it much better. Lightweight and it gives a dedicated button. Check it out.

I am sure you already know this, but you can highlight whatever you want to search, right click on said highlight, and you will see the "Search Google for (whatever is highlighted).

Only in a browser window. Autohotkey works with any text on the computer. So I can do it within a word document or any other program. It's handy for spell checking in Photoshop where the right click context menu doesn't have that option.
